Maine State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a Hollis man with cognitive issues.
76-year-old Ralph Hughes was last seen at his residence on Mason Drive at around 8:00 PM, Saturday night, where he is believed to have left on foot.
Hughes is a white male, 6’3 and weighing 205 pounds with white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue pants, and gray shoes.
