Silver Alert Issued for Missing Bangor Men

A Silver Alert has been issued for two missing Bang-ore men.

Police say 77-year-old Sidney Hoyt and 75-year-old Gary Foster were last seen leaving the Maine Veteran’s Home on Hogan Road in Bang-ore Tuesday morning.

Both men are traveling in a white 2008 Honda Ridgeline with Maine plates. Neither man has a cell phone.

Mr. Hoyt, who suffers from multiple health issues, is a white male, 5’10” 290 lbs., with reddish/gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jacket, and blue jeans.

Mr. Foster, who suffers from cognitive issues, is a white male, 5’6”, 174 lbs., with gray hair and blue eyes. It is not known what Mr. Foster was wearing.

Both men are traveling in a white 2008 Honda Ridgeline with Maine registration 7319GX.
