A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Oxford woman.
Police said Friday that 70-year-old Virginia Slicer was last seen in the Dover-Foxcroft area and may be trying to get to Newport, Maine.
Slicer is described as white, 5’4″, 135 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair. She’s driving a brown Nissan Altima with Maine plate 9793TH.
She has early-onset dementia and may appear confused.
Anyone with information should call 911 or the Oxford Police Department.
