South Portland Woman Hospitalized After House Fire

An overnight house fire in South Portland sent one woman to the hospital.

According to our info partners at CBS 13 News, the fire happened early Thursday morning at a home on Kincaid Street.

South Portland Fire Chief James Wilson said the woman suffered smoke inhalation and burns.

Two bedrooms were significantly damaged in the blaze.

The State Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating.
