The Maine Department of Public Safety has identified 48-year-old James Ford of Windham as the suspect.

They said that the Windham Police Department responded to the intersection of Roosevelt Train and Landing Road just before 2 P.M. on Friday. State troopers say that there is no known connection between Ford and Hayne.
