Teenager dies after fall in Acadia National Park

Officials say a teenage boy died after falling at Acadia National Park on Friday.

According to CBS 13 news, the accident happened around noon. Officials said the 17-year-old was hiking with friends near the Otter Cliff area when he fell about 25 feet.

Park rangers and first responders were unable to revive him.

No other details were immediately available.
