Noble Middle and High schools are closed on Friday following reports of a threat.

On Thursday, the superintendent said the schools will be closed on Halloween as they investigate reports of a student who threatened to come to school and commit an act of violence.

The decision was made out of an abundance of caution.

They also said overcooked food caused a fire alarm to go off just before dismissal on Thursday, and students who left items behind during the evacuation can get them on Monday.
