Police say they spotted a vehicle speeding on Route 4 in Turner last week.

According to CBS 13, the vehicle was pulled over on Center Street in Auburn.

The driver, 21-year-old Raishean Markie of Portland, and his passenger, 20-year-old Justin Williams of Saco, were both out on bail.

Police say a search of the vehicle also turned up more than $3,400 in cash.

The two were arrested, and the charges against them include aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release.

Both suspects remained in the Androscoggin County Jail on Monday morning.
