GRAY, Maine (WGAN)  Two people have been hospitalized after a car crash in Gray.

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office says 47-year-old Sanford Farmer was driving north on Lewiston Road Tuesday evening when they crossed the center line and hit another car head on.

The other driver, 40-year-old Shaun Avery, was also taken to the hospital.

Police say speed appears to be a factor in the crash.
