Two Injured in Accident Involving Alcohol

Police are investigating a crash in New Gloucester that involved drunken driving.

The crash happened around 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Route 26.

Police say the driver, 26-year-old Tia White of Skowhegan, crashed into trees and a telephone pole.

Our info partners at channel 8 WMTW report White suffered minor injuries, but a passenger suffered serious injuries.

Police say White was driving under the influence of alcohol.
