Three Wanted on Drug Charges in Aroostook County

AUGUSTA, Maine (WGAN) Maine’s Drug Enforcement Agency says all three people wanted in connection with a drug investigation in Aroostook County have been arrested.

The MDEA says 30-year-old Amber Shaw was arrested by police in Presque Isle and 29-year-old Josh Easler was arrested in Caribou. Both arrests happened overnight on Tuesday night.

Shaw is charged with selling methamphetamine and was released on bail. Easler is charged with selling heroin and is being held at the Aroostook County Jail.

Drug Agents say Fernando Vazquez from Massachusetts was arrested by Bangor Police Wednesday.  He was charged with selling crack cocaine.

Nine other people were arrested in Aroostook County in the past week. They face charges of trafficking in cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and meth.
