Maine drug agents seized cocaine that was disguised to look like a cake during a traffic stop.

Maine State Police Spokesperson Shannon Moss says the drugs were seized from a car that was stopped on I-295 in Gardiner on Tuesday.

Maine’s Drug Enforcement Agency shared photos of the seizure, showing more than two pounds of cocaine wrapped in cellophane and sprinkled with coffee grounds to make it look like cake. Coffee grounds are often used by drug traffickers to throw off drug-sniffing dogs.

25-year-old John Cedeno of New York City and 33-year-old Chelsy Cochran of Winslow were arrested and charged in connection with the seizure.
