HANCOCK, Maine (WGAN)  Maine Game Wardens say they are investigating an ATV crash that injured two people in Hancock Wednesday.

Wardens say just after 8 p.m. last night, they, along with state troopers and Maine Marine Patrol, responded to B&B Drive, following reports of an ATV crash.

Wardens say 50-year-old Eric Butters was seriously injured in the crash and was taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor by lifeflight.

60-year-old Pamela Jordan was also injured and taken by ambulance to Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth before being transferred to EMMC.

Authorities say it looks like both were thrown from the ATV when it rolled.  Wardens are still determining what led to that, though.
