Two Suspects Sought After South Portland Home Invasion

SOUTH PORTLAND- (WGME/WGAN) Two Suspects are still at large following a home invasion in South Portland Wednesday evening. The armed home invasion led to a large police presence while they searched for two suspects who had fled the scene. Police were first called at 8:30 to the apartment building at 114 Sawyer Street. South Portland police were joined by officers from Cape Elizabeth and the state police after the two suspects fled. For several hours police were seen searching Sawyer Street and other parts of Ferry Village armed with AK-47’s and shields. CBS 13 reports that police believe there is no danger to the public. The two pictures below are the suspects- posted on the South Portland Police Department’s Facebook Page.
