U.S. Rep. Jared Golden joined the WGAN Morning News on Tuesday to discuss the impeachment inquiry against President Trump.

“We have an opportunity in this situation to make very clear, one thing, across America, every American, and beyond our borders to all of our friends and foes, that foreign involvement in American elections is unacceptable,” Golden told Ken Altshuler and Matthew Gagnon, the hosts of the staion’s morning show. “I think that’s something we can all agree about.”

“Regardless of where we go with this, I think that it needs to be clear to the President. It needs to be clear to every elected official and every American, that trying to get foreigners to become involved in American elections is a clear red line, and it’s not acceptable.”

Former U.S. Rep. Bruce Poliquin also appeared on WGAN Tuesday morning. He said democrats are still sour over the President’s election win in 2016, and they will do whatever they can to obstruct the President.
