Variety of drugs, including methamphetamine and fentanyl, seized during search of Fairfield home

Police say counterfeit money, four loaded pistols and a variety of drugs were found during a raid on a home in Fairfield.

The Somerset County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the home on Gagnon Rd. on Wednesday.

The Morning Sentinel reports that police located a large amount of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, suboxone strips and pills suspected of containing heroin.

Amanda Douglass, 38, and Joshua Gray, 35, have each been charged with three counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Gray faces an additional charge of violating conditions of release.

The two were taken to the Somerset County Jail.

Both suspects are scheduled to appear in court in Skowhegan on Oct. 4.
