A three-story building in Warren burned to the ground late Tuesday night.

The fire at 45 High Street left one man homeless. Warren Fire Chief Greg Andrews told our info partners at CBS 13 News that he “couldn’t get in the yard to set up the apparatus” due to the large number of vehicles scattered on the property.

The building was uninsured. It had a value of about $1 million.
