Westbrook Police Arrest Gray May for Burglary, Theft

Westbrook Police say they’ve tracked down and arrested a Gary man who they say burlarized several trailers in Westbrook back in May.

Officers say their investigation led them to identify 47-year-old Joshua Toman as a suspect, and a search of his home turned up stolen tools from the trailers.

Toman was arrested and charged with felony theft, and police say the stolen tools were returned to their rightful owners. In addition, Toman was on probation, and a probation hold was placed on him.
