Wild Party In Waterboro Leads To Arrests

WATERBORO, Maine  (WGAN)  Yesterday evening (September 8, 2018) at approximately 11:30 PM, deputies were summoned to  the area of Foxridge Court in Waterboro for a “wild party” complaint disturbing the neighbors.  Deputies located a residence that clearly had a group of people being loud and boisterous.

During their investigation, deputies summoned 4 minors ( over 18, but under 21) for illegal possession of alcohol and arrested Jeffrey Kimball, 20, for furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, and  issued him a summons for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor.   During Kimball’s arrest, Zackery Sawyer, 19, became disruptive and was also arrested for disorderly conduct, Sawyer was also summonsed for Illegal Possession of liquor by a minor

Kimball posted a $300 bail and was released early this morning.  He is scheduled to appear in Springvale District Court on November 27, 2018.
