ORONO, Maine (AP) A friend of a woman found dead in a snowbank in Maine says the 19-year-old had moved to the state last year and dreamed of becoming an actress.

Courtney Sebastiano tells the Bangor Daily News that she last saw Alexie Adams late Friday. Adams’ body was found the next morning by a passer-by in Orono.

Police believe alcohol was a factor in her death. Foul play is not suspected.

The office of the Maine Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

Sebastiano says Adams was “full of life” and had moved to Orono last January from Tehachapi, California.
