BANGOR, Maine (AP) A woman who was one of three charged in a home invasion that left a Maine man dead has pleaded guilty to robbery charges.

A plea agreement called for 22-year-old Alexis Locklear to plead guilty to robbery and have a felony murder charge dropped. The Bangor Daily News reports the attorney general’s office is calling for Locklear to be sentenced to time served when she is sentenced in a few months.

Her father, 44-year-old Tony Locklear, pleaded guilty to murder earlier this month.

Prosecutors say Tony Locklear, Alexis Locklear, and her boyfriend, 39-year-old Christopher Murray, shot Wayne Lapierre and his wife at their home in Millinocket in December 2017. Wayne Lapierre later died at a hospital from his wounds.

Murray’s trial is scheduled to begin Jan. 28.
