A 38-year-old Westbrook woman has injuries from a crash that closed down a road connecting I-95 to the Portland Jetport for hours Thursday after 8:30 am.

Portland Police say the woman was driving on Skyway Drive toward Congress Street when she rear-ended a tractor-trailer.

She was taken to Maine Medical Center with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Speed and wet roads are believed to have been factors in the crash. No charges have been filed at this time. Skyway Drive was closed for about four hours during this incident.
