A Healthy Conversation reflects the broad interests and eclectic experience of its hosts. For over thirty years, Steve Woods has held a myriad of roles (marketing executive, sports agent, adjunct professor, business owner, civic leader, board member, and more) He is the president/CEO of TideSmart, an award-winning agency bringing innovation in wellness, insights, and activation experiences to leading health care providers, brands, employers, and public officials across the country.

Joining Steve Woods as co-host on A Healthy Conversation, Dr. Jeff Barkin is a Yale-trained, board-certified general and geriatric psychiatrist specializing in neuropsychiatry, psychopharmacology, and mood and anxiety disorders. He is the current president of the Maine Medical Association, an organization dedicated to supporting Maine physicians, advancing the quality of medicine in the state, and promoting the health of all Maine people.
