Maine Points: The Salvation Army

On this weeks Maine Points Danny speaks with Captain Mike Harper with The Salvation Army Of Portland. He talks about the need for The Salvation Army in Portland and as well as WGAN’s Holiday 100, which will help The Salvation Army raise much needed funds for their programs and services which make a positive impact on our Greater Portland community. The Salvation Army is dedicated to serve the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many families and individuals are experiencing loss of income due to the mandatory shutdowns in Maine, and the most vulnerable to the virus have become shut-ins without a way to access necessary items. You Can donate now by going to www.wgan.com or by texting Salvation to 77000.
