Maine Points: Whitney Who

“Everyone’s dying, I’m just dying a little quicker”. Whitney was born with Cystic Fibrosis (CF), a degenerative lung disease. CF almost always ends with lung failure resulting in death or a double lung transplant. She’s lucky enough to have the latter, but only after spending many months in the hospital on life support. That life support killed her kidneys and now she’s in search for a kidney donor.

Keeping up with doctors appointments, medicines, nebulizers, diabetes, pneumonias. Whatever her body throws at her to slow her down, it won’t work. she’s on this adventure now and there’s no turning back!
