We talk with Jasmine Lopez, a volunteer for the TAPs (The Tragedy Assistance Program), about what TAPs is and why she was featured on CBS TV’s NCS origins. We round out the show with Phyllis Wilson, the President of The Military Women’s Memorial at the gates of Arlington National Cemetery.
