AccuWeather Meteorologist Joe Lundberg

We Welcome AccuWeather Meteorologist Joe Lundberg on WGAN, who will be providing us with our morning and afternoon AccuWeather Forcasts 7 days a week right here exclusively on Southern Maine’s Official Weather Station, WGAN. Joe grew up in southern New England, and fell in love with the weather as a third grader. By the time he reached 11th grade, he  knew meteorology was what he  wanted to pursue as a career, ostensibly one in broadcasting.  After attending Penn State, it was only a matter of time before he landed at AccuWeather (to replace the retiring Norm Macdonald). Since then, He’s been working as primarily a morning broadcast meteorologist for 30 years for radio stations all around the country. He’s also had some stints on television, and am regularly involved with our long range forecastteam.
