American Innovation and Choice Online Act

American Innovation and Choice Online Act….Earlier this spring, Nick Murray authored an Op-Ed in the MaineWire highlighting why this Amy Klobuchar bill is bad for the free-market and could be detrimental to how consumers use the internet.  https://mainepolicy.org/congress-must-pump-the-brakes-on-the-american-innovation-and-choice-online-act/

It is still an ongoing issue in the Senate. We speak with Hannah Cox. Hannah Cox is a libertarian-conservative writer, commentator, and activist. She is the co-founder and host of the BASEDPolitics Network, a frequent guest on Fox Business, and a contributor to the Washington Examiner.

Her public policy work has led to the repeal of the death penalty in three states along with numerous other criminal justice reforms, the passage of school choice programs, private property protections, the repeal of occupational licenses, the repeal of certificate of need laws, and the elimination of taxes and regulations. She is a consultant for Netchoice and has written extensively on antitrust, Section 230, and content moderation issues.
