Alex Woodhouse, the Strive program director, discussed Kevin’s successful fundraising event where he raised over $96,000, surpassing his $85,000 goal. The funds will support programs for teens, tweens, and young adults with intellectual disabilities, including social opportunities, education, transition, and post-secondary programs. The goal amounts have increased over the years due to inflation, allowing Strive to expand its services. Alex mentioned the recent addition of a Tuesday Art Studio series.
