A 19-year-old from Waterville pleaded guilty to conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists in a federal court in Bangor on Friday.

According to court records, Xavier Pelkey and two other minors who followed a radical form of Sunni Islam and supported ISIS planned to carry out a mass shooting at a Shia mosque in Chicago using firearms, ammunition and explosives.
