Bangor Police Charge New York Man in Connection with Stabbing

BANGOR, Maine (WGAN) Bangor police have charged a man in connection with a stabbing on Friday.

Sergeant Wade Betters says 29-year-old Jacob Walsh of Albany, New York is charged with aggravated assault.

The stabbing happened near the Penobscot River.

Police say the incident is still under investigation. No other information was made available.
