There’s new airline service coming to the Portland Jetport, with Breeze Airways starting nonstop flights to Columbus, Ohio, and one-stop service to South Carolina in May.

The new additions for Portland were announced Wednesday as part of the airline’s 19 new flights nationwide.

Tickets to Columbus can now be purchased, while ticketing will be coming for Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina.

The new service will increase Breeze Airway service from Portland to at least 10 destinations, mostly in the eastern U.S.

Service to Columbus, Ohio (summer seasonal, Mondays and Fridays) starts May 2, from $59 one way.

Service to Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina (one-stop/no change of plane BreezeThru service, Thursdays and Sundays) starts May 1.

“Breeze (continues) to grow their presence in Portland, connecting Maine to many of our top unserved destinations,” said Jetport Director Paul Bradbury.

“We started service from Portland in May 2023 and now offer 10 destinations from the jetport,” said Breeze founder and CEO David Neeleman.
