Police are searching for the person who broke into several businesses in Kennebec County.

According to CBS 13, investigators say someone entered four of five businesses in a shopping plaza on Main St. in Winthrop around 2 a.m. Monday.

Earth Keeper Cannabis, China Empress, Winthrop Workspace and Focus on Beauty were all targeted.

Someone also broke into the nearby Fast Eddie’s Drive-In restaurant.

The owner says the burglar didn’t get much, just some change from the register and tips from the cooks.

However, the Portland Press Herald reports that the suspect stole a significant amount of pre-rolled joints from Earth Keeper Cannabis.
