Eliot police looking for information after dog suffers injuries from lead pellet

Police are asking the public for information after a dog was found shot and injured in Eliot.

The Maine Warden Service says the dog named Odette is a 60-pound black and white lab mix that was found on the side of the road nearly unresponsive.

Wardens say she was shot by a lead pellet 11-15 days ago near Depot Road but has recovered from surgery.
