AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) The Finance Authority of Maine’s board is meeting to take up some of the final measures necessary for a Boston investment group to complete the purchase of Saddleback Mountain.

The board on Monday will consider Arctaris Action Fund’s request for $7.5 million in commercial loan insurance on a $13.4 million loan, along with a separate request for a $1 million loan.

The loans will help Arctaris purchase the ski resort and new equipment, including chairlifts.
