Farmingdale Man Arrested for OUI after Accident, Leaving Scene

WISCASSET (WGAN) – A Farmingdale man was arrested for Operating Under the Influence after a near collision early Wednesday evening.

Our info partners at CBS 13 report that 31-year-old Devere Cudo was travelling on route 1 in Wiscasset when he allegedly crossed the center line and side-swiped another vehicle.

Wiscasset police later arrested Cudo when the caught up with him at a Wiscasset convenience store.

Cudo was taken to Two Bridges Regional Jail where he was charged with OUI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and consuming alcohol on a public way.
