Fatal shooting in Standish under investigation

Maine State Police are investigating a shooting death in Standish.

Police responded to a call reporting a fight at a home on Kennie Drive Tuesday night to find one man dead and another man with non-life threatening injuries.

The first man’s body was taken to the medical examiner to confirm the cause and manner of death.

The death is under investigation, but police say there is no danger to the public.
