YORK, Maine (WGAN) A Florida man is arrested and accused of breaking into a home in York early Monday morning and crawling into bed with an 11-year-old girl.
Our info partners at CBS 13 News report that the young girl called police around 2:30 a.m., but the man had fled before the call was made. The girl was not hurt and police say the man didn’t touch her in any way.
He was identified as 31-year-old Claudio Pinto of Miami. He was found at the Best Western on Route 1 after police searched the area with a K-9.
Pinto is charged with burglary and assault.
