Indiana man charged in stabbing at Maine motel

WELLS, Maine (WGAN) Police say an Indiana man is accused of stabbing someone at a motel in Maine.

According to CBS 13 news, police said the incident took place at the Misty Harbor Motel on Mile Road in Wells on Sunday around 9:45 a.m.

The victim was a 22-year-old man who told police he knew the man who stabbed him.

Witnesses said they saw the suspect, identified as 23-year-old Dillon Pastors, running behind the motel.

He was charged with elevated aggravated assault and released on $10,000 bail.

The victim, who’s also from Indiana, suffered multiple stab wounds to his upper body. He was listed in stable condition at Maine Medical Center.

Police are still investigating the incident.
