Police are currently investigating a Saturday morning shooting that occurred at an inn in Waterville.

Police responded to Home Place Inn at 150 College Avenue just after 11 a.m. Saturday, where they found a shooting victim.

The victim was taken to a local hospital before being flown to Maine Medical Center in Portland. The condition of the victim has not been released.

Waterville and Maine State Police were on scene into the evening. No details on the circumstance leading up to the shooting or any information on a suspect.
