Lewiston woman arrested after police seize drugs during traffic stop

Police seized fentanyl and cocaine from a Lewiston woman after a traffic stop.

The vehicle was stopped on West Auburn Road in Auburn around 6 p.m. Sunday for having improper plates.

Police say the occupants were acting suspiciously, leading to the seizure of 21 grams of fentanyl and 2 grams of cocaine base.

38-year-old Stephanie Lockhart was arrested and faces several charges including drug trafficking and possession, as well as violating conditions of release.
