Maine man who crashed into NH library faces negligent homicide charge

A Harrison man who crashed his pickup truck into a New Hampshire library is facing more charges after his passenger succumbed to her injuries.

31-year-old Harold Hill crashed into the Conway Public Library on March 31. His passenger, 21-year-old Brooke Barron, died as a result of the crash.

Hill was initially charged with drunk driving, but is now facing a negligent homicide charge as well, according to CBS 13 news.

An attorney for Barron’s family says they will investigate whether Hill was overserved at a bar prior to the crash.
