Mainers Experience a Cable TV Disruption

Spectrum customers in Maine experienced a service disruption for the second straight day.

According to our info partners at CBS 13 News, customers in southern Maine said they had lost cable television coverage Saturday afternoon.

A spokesperson at Spectrum said the outage was repaired around 5 p.m. Saturday. The cable company said the disruption was caused by damage to the fiber optic network.

On Friday, Spectrum customers across the Northeast dealt with a cable and wifi outage.
