A 44-year-old man faces felony charges after being accused of robbing a Circle K store in Greene on Monday night.
Androscoggin County deputies say Jason Dubois took cigars and a torch lighter from the Circle K after telling the clerk he was robbing the store and had a gun.
Deputies say no firearm was displayed during the incident, and no firearm has been recovered.
They say they located Dubois and a white Ford F-150 they believe he used in the incident at his residence in Greene.
He was taken to the Androscoggin County Jail on several charges, including felony robbery, and is being held on $10,000 cash bail.
His charges include Robbery, Class B; Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Class E; Criminal Trespass, Class D; Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention, Class D; and Criminal Mischief, Class D.
