An 82-year-old woman was found safe after her family reported her missing in Windsor.

Maine Game Wardens say a warden accompanied by a K9 located Madeline Doe around 6:30 Wednesday morning. They said she hadn’t been seen since Tuesday night.

Doe, who has dementia and is diabetic, was found near her home picking flowers in a field. She didn’t require medical attention.

Wardens believe she had left the home early in the morning before her family woke up.
