No serious injuries after two trucks collide in Cumberland County

Sebago Road in Naples was shut down Monday morning after two trucks collided.

Police responded to a call of a collision involving a dump truck and pickup truck near 578 Sebago Road around 7:45 a.m.

Police say 44-year-old James Sacuzzo of Lyman was behind the wheel of a dump truck towing a loaded trailer.

An investigation found that the driver of a Chevrolet truck, 56-year-old Preston Kennie of Sebago, crossed the centerline and hit Sacuzzo’s truck head on.

Kennie was taken to Maine Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Sacuzzo was not injured.

Both trucks were towed.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
