Police arrest one person in connection with shots fired at Scarborough home

Police say one person is now in custody after shots were fired in Scarborough.

Police are investigating after they say shots were fired at a home in Scarborough overnight. It happened around 2:30 Monday morning on Stoneridge Drive, off Route 77.

Police did not immediately say how many shots were fired at the home. No one was injured.

According to CBS 13, police later responded to Forest Avenue and Maggie Lane in Portland, where one person was taken into custody.

There is no ongoing threat to the public. The investigation is ongoing.
