Police investigate report of women approaching teenage girls at Scarborough Walmart

SCARBOROUGH, Maine (WGAN) Police are on the lookout for three women who were seen soliciting teenage girls at the Walmart in Scarborough.

Scarborough police say the three women were approaching teenage girls Sunday afternoon a little before 4 p.m. telling them they were starting a church group and inviting them to a hot chocolate party.

The women were described as white and in their early 20s. They were all wearing masks.

The group left the store and got into a vehicle after being confronted by a customer.

The vehicle appears to be a white GMC Envoy or Terrain from the mid 2000s, pictured above.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
