Saco Police Make Arrest in Armed Robbery

SACO, Maine (WGAN) Police in Saco have arrested a homeless man from Kansas in connection to an armed robbery at a hotel on Sunday evening.

Police say they received a tip around 9:00AM Monday that a suspect in a robbery at the Ramada Hotel on North Street around 5:30PM Sunday was seen on Main Street in Biddeford. Police searched the area and found 36-year-old Cody Lott.

Lott was charged with robbery and taken to York County Jail with bail set at $5,000.

Police say the robbery is still under investigation.
