A Maine man who crashed his truck into a library in New Hampshire is facing more charges after his passenger succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.

Police responded to the crash at the Conway Library just after midnight last Thursday. The driver, 31-year-old Harold Hill of Harrison, Maine was initially charged with drunk driving.

This week, police said Hill is facing additional charges due to the death of his passenger, 21-year-old Brooke Barron. She was rushed to Maine Medical Center after the crash, but later died.

Hill was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
